sapta mudra

Yoga DictionaryYoga Dictionary
(also called sapta bandha) the "seven-fold seal" or "seven-way lock" This is a very powerful advanced technique consisting of bandha triya, plus four additional seals, or gestures: yoni mudra, kumbhaka mudra, kechari mudra (or nabho mudra), and sambhavi mudra, so that all six major chakras are concentrated on progressively or simultaneously, helping to force pranic energy all the way up to Sahasrara Chakra at the crown. Sapta bandha is applied in the Fire Breath during puraka kumbhaka. See CAUTION under kumbhaka mudra. This technique must not be done by anyone suffering high blood pressure, a weak heart, or who is prone to dizziness or fainting.
