Laya Yoga
Laya means "absorption" or "dissolution" (of the mind). A variant of Kundalini Yoga, Laya Yoga awakens the latent power of Kundalini, causing it to rise from Muladhara to Ajna (or beyond), thus dissolving the (conscious) mind and giving birth to the supra-conscious state of Samadhi, or Turiya. Also the "yoga of absorption" into the sound-current (nadam), aka Nada Yoga.
